These rates are provided as a guideline; specific rates will vary depending on what is required from the shoot.

Basic Shoot up to 1,500 square feet: $100

Natural lighting, at least one photo per room and one of each exterior wall.

 

Half Day: $250

Flash as needed, color correction, limited post production, twilight shoot optional

 

Post Production: $25/hour

To be agreed upon before work is done

 

Transportation: $.50/mile

Free under distances of 10 miles

 

Usage/License: Negotiable

Rates include basic usage rights. Additional licensing and usage rights are negotiated separately

 

Equipment: Canon 5D Mark III, L-series lenses
